i maintain the rights to all of my work (commissioned or not), including the freedom to post to social media, include such works in my portfolio, and to sell prints of such works, unless otherwise specified with the client

no one may claim my work as their own, regardless of paid commission

additionally, no one may trace or edit my work without my express permission

i reserve the right to deny commission requests if i am not comfortable or otherwise interested in the project- this is not personal, but a matter of my own comfort and interest: under these circumstances, i would rather direct you to an artist who will be able to make your project the best it can be

when your commission request is accepted, you will be informed via your preferred method of contact

your order will be added to my trello, where you can keep track of your spot in line and the progress of your order: here

completion time varies depending on the commission and your place in line- i will ensure that you are kept up-to-date on the timeframe of your order

full payment must be sent via paypal invoice before i begin or once the sketch stage has been completed and approved

changes are permitted throughout the sketching and lining stages. please inform me if you would like screenshot updates of your order's progress at any time after i have begun working on your order

when your order is complete, you will be given access to a google drive folder containing all deliverables

refunds may only be issued prior to the lining stage

you are entitled to a full refund if i have not begun working on your order

you are entitled to a 70% refund during the sketching phase

i do not accept disputes or chargebacks- if you have any concerns in line with the t.o.s. which you have agreed to upon commissioning me, i will honor these agreements myself

illustrations are typically drawn at ~3000 x 5000px in 300dpi, but dimensions may very depending on the commission

profile icons are 1500 x 1500px
